Airtel Has Worthless Customer Care & Seniors

My mobile no is 8016031323. 15/08/2013 I asked to customer care (named Baisakhi) for 3g video calling rate cutter. She said, 75 minutes 3g video calling for 30 days @ 62 rupees. Then I recharged my account with 62. But I didn’t get 3g video call minutes. Again I contact with your customer care & i said my problem he said that for recharging 62 rupees I got 15 minutes ISD call for 7days. But I don’t need that. Then he transfer my call to senior, & I told my problem in details. & he told me , after verification , can solve my problem & promise to call me, & maximum time will be 24 hours. But I didn’t get any solutions or any call. After 48 hours again I contact to your care & told to a senior about my problem He said to return my balance on my account. Just after 5/10 minutes of complete my call, he called me from a mobile no (9007425935), & said me “now for technical problem I can’t transfer balance , but you must get it maximum within 24 hours.” But now it is 45/48 hours from that call, & till I don’t get any solutions from the reliable AIRTEL !!
