Today 9-3-2013 around 7:45 pm I was browsing internet and suddenly I received a message from Airtel “Thanks for downloading Ninja Strike 2 Dragon Warrior from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0.” But I haven’t downloaded anything and the game is not installed anything

Later when I called customer care executive Chetan Vishnu, he behaved rashly and told me in a rough voice that ” u have browsed the internet and downloaded the content.so the amount debited.”later I convinced him that I have not downloaded the game but he is not ready to listen. His behaviour is not at all pleasing.Before this, so many timed I contacted Airtel but they listened to me calmly.

This is the first guy who is not having patience to listen to my query and he is talking like we are using Airtel service for free. My humble request kindly credit my account with Rs.99
