Dear sir, Myself tanmoy chowdhury residence ,kashyabpur,uluberia ,howrah-711303.I have a phone connection(9903127644) of airtel, which is in of my father’s name.Last wendesday i.e1/01/2014 I have checked the rest balance in this phone was 60.40 Rs.& after my checking nobody in my family was not disturbed in balance. In spite of this I had noticed in the next morning that the rest of the balance in this phone was .40rs. Being stunned I had called the customer care &according to their information the GPRS connection was being activated from this mobile &so the same balance was reflected in the phone But it is sure that no GPRS connection is not being activated from my mobile by any body in my family.Airtel intentional cut off my balance& their customer care behaviour is horrible& worthless.

Now,It is to request you that kindly help me return back my balance from customer care as they fully denie to return back.Hope i will give the real justice from you.
