Hi Sir/Madam, I would like to complaint about my Airtel Broadband Internet Connection and Billing Issues. I was the customer of Airtel Broadband and fixed line, my telephone number with them was: 022-40226xxx. My Airtel Fixed Line number was: 02260769xxx. I was not receiving proper Internet services since Feb. 2014. I have lodged so many complaints with them. Unfortunately I don’t have complaints numbers but we can get those from Airtel in case needed. I have complained around 6-8 times for the same. They told me that my device (Internet Router which was provided by them only) has some problem and they have provided me a new Wifi Internet router of third party. (Charge: 2000/- Even after installing the new router there is no change in the service. The Internet keep disconcerting after every 5 minutes. Again I complained to customer service and they made false promises every day. Finally, I go frustrated with the POOR service and I stopped making payment of bill for this account from April/May Onwards. After the due date they discontinued the Internet completely. I mean it was not connecting at all but they keep adding per month rentl charges every month. The amount was 3000/- but now they increased it till 16000 even though when I asked them to discontinue their services. I told them so many times to disconnect it but all in vain. Then from the month of May I started receiving calls from them about pending Bill. I told them whole story that I didn’t pay the bill because was not receiving proper services. I discussed a lot about this but no result. Again false promises to resolve the issue. Now its been 4 months and I am daily receiving calls, they are literally harassing me and threatening me and not even using proper language. One of their lady said when I told her that “Mera Internet nahi chala isliye bill pay nahi kiya.. jab internet hi nahi chala to kis baat ka bill? She said – Internet nahi chal wo hamara problem nahi he. Then whos problem is this?? Every time some other guy calling me and I have to explain all this problems again and again. I was ready for a settlement to get rid of their calls but they are asking for minimum of 7000/- but I really have not used none of their services since February. But I paid till April. Our company is a KPO and without internet we can’t work a second. Because of Their continuous disconnection and unresponsiveness I beard a loss of almost 4-5 lacs in 3 month. I lost my 4 Big Clients ($700 Per month each client) I have screenshots of my clients saying our Internet is poor and its frustrating that it will disconnect after every 5 minutes. I want to teach them a lesson that they should concentrate on Service quality. Because if they will provide service then they will definitely get paid for that. I want to get rid of their calls completely and want a recovery amount of loss which I bearded because of their poor services. I hope you will take it seriously
