took an airtel net modem a month ago and it has not been activated yet i am tied going to custumer care there every day they say they will come for verification but no one came yet everyday they tell it will get activated in one or two days sometimes they say our airtel modem number is not yet registered but now its been a month they are not taking any action.the modem which gave gave me is of 845183515 number

i want it to get activated as soon as possible or else i want my money back with a claim since they have wasted alot of my time
