I have given my documents and a sum of rupees 250 as a security amount for the conversion of my prepaid no to postpaid no and a month back.After that I talked to several times to the executives first they behaved and talked in a casual manner and responding in a unprofessional manner then they only give me false promises.After waiting for so long ans getting no response I complaint this to higher authorities through mail, but from there also got just timtime to wait and nothing else, then after some time they started even not to respond to my mails then I again complaint to persons who were above them from there also got no positive response and I asked for my documents and money for so many times but they haven’t replied for that till far and now they deactivated my no today without even informing me.

I want my documents and compensation for sure for waiting for this long and Tolerated their behaviour and me really frustrated and strictly want a concrete action towards them, and a compensation for sure.I have all the mails and the conversation with the company as well
