My mobile no is 9910552666. I asked to customer care, dated 10/11/2013 (named Nethravathi ) for ownership change from Pradip Bhardwaj to Pradip Bhardwaj & Co. He said submit all documents in Airtel outlets. Then I submitted all documents with company seal with signature. Verification has been also done by airtel employee. But I didn’t get my no activate even my previous no is closed from last month. Again I contact with Airtel Outlet in Sector-12, Noida (U.P) & i said my problem and call him again and again but he said to me this is company fault , so better send mail to customer care or senior person. They can short out this problem. Airtel customer care did not given any response to Airtel outlets employees also. This type of situation facing from last 1 month.
