I have been using AIRTEL since last 3 years and i can certainly say that its worst service provider which loots people by deducting their balance.They make calls to customer from IVR and even if we do not subscribe any thing then also they charge us.Today it happened with me.I got call from IVR airtel regarding hellotune subscription but as soon as i heard the voice i disconnected it and later on i was stunned to see that my balance was reduced by 30 Rs. and when i tried to call in their customer care service.Believe me it was hell there.Their representive didnt know what was the issue and he hung up the phone.Its my urge to all that we should teach AIRTEL lesson by not using their service. NO MORE AIRTEL..Cheater and fraud service provider.
