Hi , Few days back i raised a complaint regarding Call jumping and No network issues to my service(AirTel)providers.Yesterday i got message to my mobile that my complaint has been closed(Request id CINDL30309282251).customer care person called me regarding my complaint she started talking with Marati/hindi i told her to transfer my call to ENGLISH known person because i don’t know hindi/marati languages.she disconnected the call with out asking me that my complaint is resolved are not.
I need them to say sorry me for the in convince with their network.they should reback my money which i have lost through call jumpings and No network issues.
