Airtel Mobile – Dissatisfaction by Customer Care

To Airtel Services,
With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel Mobile Prepaid Services. On 8th of August, 2013 airtel service levied wrong charges on my no cell number 9906534258. The wrong charges were done three times and upon taking up the issue they refunded me for two times of their mistake and wasting my precious time. When i call customer care they rudely behave with me and they disconnected my call four times without giving full information and they told “chahai kuch b ho hum apko paise refund nai karaigai” [Let whatever happen, we will not refund the money back]

Please i request to take action about this issue with Airtel.
