I am using airtel number 9934022228,Last night I was using internet which at least 10 mb of 3g data was remaining and my number’s network was on 3g mode where my 2g internet data was over.I kept on using internet because my 3g data was remaining,suddenly a message came and my maximum balance was cut without any information for using internet.I just cant understand why it happened if my number was on 3g network mode and my 3g data was available on my number.So it was Airtel’s Fault.I am requesting you to kindly return the amount, (deducted wrongly from my airtel account) back to my Airtel Account as it was company’s fault.Thanks.
