I own a no 80101XX480 and ported this to Airtel last year in May Month. But at the time of port i made my mobile bill payment 2 times. 1st payment was done on 14th May 2015 (Rs 1800) & 2nd Payment was done on 21st May 2015 (Rs 1595) from My HDFC Account. After realizing i mailed Customer care regarding the same with transaction no and all required documents and they confirmed it and convinced me that you will get you refund back in next 45-60 days. But After that till today i never get my my money back. Every time i email/call to customer-care i just get a complain no or a mail for the same that we will try to refund your amount in next 5-7 days. I have few complaint no. listed below: 240917881 – 15 dec 2015 241243670 – 24 dec 2015 242038608 – 18 jan 2016 242755290 – 8 feb 2016 243412329 – 26 feb 2016 243787094 – 7 march 2016 Please take care and do the needful.
I am completely frustrated with the lots unresponsive nature of customer care. They just give me a date for solving the problem but they don’t do. It’s approx Rs 1800 and mental harassment from last 1 year.
