My prepaid Airtel mobile no. is 9944602070. I recharged my mobile with STD coupon on 14th morning through SMS M-39. Money deducted but facility not provided. though complaint registered, remains unresolved. CBNRA 20915640997 Please look into the matter

Aritel prepaid SIM not activated as committed

I purchased an airtel 3G prepaid sim card on 10th Sep from Electronic city relationship office and I was told that it will get activated in 3 days of time.

Today is 15th and the sim is not yet activated and when I try to call the customer service using the number given..I get the message that the number is not OK
