I recharged my Airtel mobile number 9971551476 for Rs 250 on 29/12/2013 (Order ID: 182183852) and the amount was deducted from my bank account but I did not receive the recharge. On contacting Paytm, they said they are processing it, Within an hour I will either receive a recharge or paytm cash in my online Paytm account. I am yet to receive any refund as of now. They have not given any contact no. on their website and I have posted my complaints repeatedly on the online support link given there but nothing has been done so far.

Airtel 3G Data Plan Over within 1 hour ?
I am Pramod Have registered as a AIRTEL customer on 30 Dec 2013 bearing number 9632332866 and sim card number mentioned as 89914500050196050112 H4 SYS1309. And activated Data plan of Rs 255 ie 1 GB data on 3G network. I started browsing around 12.25 AM on 31 DEC and customer officers where telling data get over around 1.30 PM, Issue is that i just cant imagine how 1 GB of data has pooled in the span of 1 hour. please solve my issue in case contact me to 9738484939
