Money gets deducted from main airtel prep-paid balance, though i Have airtel netpack, enough data limit, and validity, have made around 10 complaints, on phone, on website, and on 121@in.airtel.com They say no money was deducted, whereas i have given them exact date and amount when money was deducted. As a proof , i told money was deducted from main balance , on 20th sept, from 201 rs to 198 rs., and also again on 21st. This has been happenning continously for past few months, and its difficult to keep record of the same i have lost atleast 100-200 rs. balance because of this in past 3 months.
