Airtel – Money IRCTC Ticket helpline no, they provided me with false information

I have booked a railway e-ticket using airtel money service. However, i wished to get it cancelled at the last moment. But I, as an individual cannot cancel it as I have to file TDR for the same and since in this case, airtel is my booking agent, it has to be done by airtel money service. So, I contacted them to get the ticket cancelled. However, on the helpline no, they provided me with false information stating that airtel cannot file the TDR. After doing my own research, I found that the information was wrong and I again called them to send me a TDR form as the earliest. It took them more then 6 hours to send me the form and i received the form after the train has left.

I am entitled to a refund a little less than 200 and a suitable compensation for the same.
