Airtel New SIM Card Not Activated

I bought a new postpaid connection from Airtel sales team and submitted my pan card, employee id and driving license for the same. but its been a month and every other day the sales guy tells me one or the other reason for not activating the sim card. i m fed up now. all i need is my documents back.

I want the SIM to be Activated ASAP else they have to compensate me at the rate of Rs 50 for every delayed day in activating the new SIM.
