Airtel – no service from managers and executives of customer care

My telephone service has been suspended due to address verification. Airtel verification person had visited my residence and had met me and also obtained my signature on the verification form. Inspite of this my service has been withdrawn. I have been repeatedly following their managers and executives of customer care but their is no outcome. I need your intervention. I was using this number for last 13 years , earlier it was a corporate connection , I applied to change it to personal on 19th September , submitted necessary documents at airtel outlet. Connection was given and later on withdrawn , this continued for 3-4 times , everytime it was restored in speaking to the manager. I need your help to restore the connrction.
