Against: Bharti Airtel Ltd 5th floor, Sector V Salt Lake Electronics Complex Kolkata-700091 I got no remedy upto Appellate authority of Airtel(appellate.wb@in.airtel. com) and consumer affairs dept of west bengal govt at www.wbconsumers.gov.in with complaint no 942/2013 dt.11.9.13 till now. Hence I approach you with details as follows: I am using Samsung galaxy y gts6102 handset with Airtel handset bundle data offer with Airtel mob no-8670022966. The offer was 500 mb 3g for 1 month and 100 mb 2g data x12months.I got 500 mb 3 g data upto 25.6.13 and 100 mb 2g data for 2 months only instead of promised 12 months.The offer has not been credited in my a/c for Sept 2013 till now.I enjoyed the promised offer till August 2013month.The offer was subject to onetime Rs150 recharge which was confirmed by customer care via email on 19.6.13 and also firmly authenticated by Appellate authority on 22.6.13 via email.I attach mails from custo care in pdf form herein. As per condition I made the onetime Rs150 recharge on 24.6.13 before expiry of first month 3G dedicated data balance and had been enjoying as per promise till Aug 2013 month.But due to some technical issue the offer for Sept 2013 has not been credited unfortunately. I sent mail to Airtel for activation of offer first week of Sept month.But the company replied me that I need to recharge every month of Rs 150. But the company confirmed as one time recharge.And pls notice the mail from Appellate authority as “…… once the recharge is successful,H.B.O of 100 MB will be credited to your a/c for next 12months automatically.” Now the company is violating its promise. I also provide handset detail below: IMEI no: *354961/05/230150/9* *354962/05/230150/7* Date of purchase:11.03.2013 If I am not eligible, how I got the 3g data for 1 month and 2g data for 2 months. When I persisted with earlier mail then the company told me to send scanned copy of packet. But it is not possible because so months later packet has been lost. Moreover it is irrelevant because once verification of IMEI no over telephoe the offer has been initiated. Now no need to want every month and useless document scanned copy of Packet. It is just lame excuse not to give the offer. Pls take immediate step so that I can get the offer. so pls take my complaint against Airtel so that I can get promised offer as follows 1)Immediate activation of my due offer 2)Compensation for harassment Yours truly Champa Sri Nag Mob-8670022966
