Airtel- Not using demanding postpaid bill payment

This is with the reference of continuous annoying emails and call from Airtel for the payment of postpaid bill that i was not even using for the past 7-8 months and for the services suspension i have lodged request 3-4 times already to Airtel executive and they said that my request is been successfully registered and my number will be discontinued but failing to this they call and ask for the bill payment , still i paid the outstanding amount till January as told by one of their executive neelam mob number- 9810170419 and told her to stop my services with immediate effect….she assured me that from that point onward i wont be receiving any emails and call regarding the payment.. when i ask them why my services aren’t discontinued , they talk in very abrupt manner. i am receiving the continuous mails and calls , so on account of this i am filing this written complaint.

i want that my services should be stopped immediately and i wont be paying any amount as i am not using their services.
