I was trying to recharge one of my friend’s 3G dongle through Airtel website but during the transaction received an error which is “Online recharge transaction for your Airtel prepaid mobile 9958385764 failed due to some technical reason”.
After that Message Rs.449 had been deducted from my SBI account but recharge went failed. I called 121 and 198 twice they registered my complaint but yet that’s not resolved. And I do have the Email from Airtel which contain my Transaction ID and Amount and Also do have the bank records.
Now My friend’s dongle is recharged with Rs.455. Here is the My friend’s Dongle Number along with Transaction Id which was created by Airtel :
