I have done online recharge with 97 Rupees rate cutter using my debit card and got message recharged successfully for 97 rs of my transacation to my mobile.(txn id:300902) and transaction details of my debit card 02/04/2013(01APR BHARTI AIRT EL LIMI Ref: 309102621716 Ref No :- 01APR0842 for rs 97)but actually its not working as expected i called customer care and they are telling system displays 98 rs internet recharge which was not been done and not with 97 which has been done .CWRCH20402629017.its problem with customer care professional and your system its u r responsilbity to resolve the issue instead dont compromise customer.i have done again today rate cutter for 195 rs for 90 days validity because of your poor airtel customer service performance.as calling customer care itself we need to spend 10 rupees and speak for an hour not tracking the issue instead closing issue saying it has been resolved.
