Airtel – poor service Misbehaviour by staff

Respected Sir, I, Neeraj had taken the Landline No. : 01142083027 from Bharti Airtel Limited with the broadband connection on the same line. I had opted for the plan of Rs.699/- (Unlimited) whereas Airtel activated the Limited plan. I was shocked to receive the bill which was calculated on Limited Plan basis. I raised a request to convert the Limited Plan to Unlimited Plan which fell on deaf ears. After following up a lot, I had no other option then to intentionally stop the payment of the bills. After 3 months I received a call from Ms. Komal from the landline number 01148239522 and I requested her to send her executive which she refused to do. She blamed me also that after calling the executive I shall put the executive under pressure in my home and will not allow him to leave and put illegal pressure. After listening to all this rubbish I asked her to wait till Saturday when I shall go to Airtel store myself. Due to my ill health I was not able to go to Airtel store falling which She, Ms. Komal started calling my relative and near and dear ones tracing their number from my call list. She spoke with everyone in a very bad tone and asked everyone to pay the outstanding. Not only did she asked them to pay but also told them that I, Neeraj is a cheater and want to do fraud with Airtel by not paying the dues. After getting these kinds of comments from my relatives I was really being ashamed of my act of not being able to handle the situation. I gave repeated calls to Ms. Komal on landline numbers from where she had called and spoke in a very polite and detailed manner which she firstly very arrogantly dictated terms to me by saying so many bad words. After listening to her words I enlightned of her my greviances which she denied from listening. I again requested her to raise a settlement for my account and close the matter. She very categorically admitted on the phone that “due to non performance on the part of Airtel she is giving me a waiver of 30% on my total outstanding”. I have all the conversations on recordings in my phone and I can produce them as a proof of evidence to my truth. Considering the above said scenario I not only plea hereby to take aggressive and satisfactory actions against Bharti Airtel Limited, but also would request to provide me a solution to this problem. When I demanded for copies of the pending bills, I got the email from gurukirpa.solution@in.airtel.com. Above was not only the last desparites, I was lastly put on call with Ms. Geetika Mishra, who posed as her TL and was really havoc on the human being as a lady and straight forward said that I do not have time to discuss all this and have a lot of other work and cann’t listen to me. I again would retrieve that I have all the discussions on recordings in my phone which I can produce if provided to prove my truth. Till now Airtel has done enough defamation and recovery tasks, now I would like to reciprocate the same warmth and claim money for defamation.
