Airtel Porting from PrePaid to PostPaid

On 14 Dec-15 night I visited Airtel and requested them for change of my prepaid connection to postpaid. * There was a POP up on the screen with a request no. but as I did not know how to save that image and I did not noted it so it was my mistake to register that REQUEST NO. * On 16th Dec-15, I got a call from 121 and I had been advised by the tele caller about the next procedures, he also advised me that a person with MK02 code will visit in my office and to whom I gave Rs.250/- for the SIM, copy of my Passport and one Photograph as desired. * I was told that you will get a tele verification call and rest procedures. * On 16th Dec. very same day if not wrong I got tele verification call from Airtel and I was told to insert provided new SIM and call to 59059 for verification. * I put my SIM and could not get signal so could not make call to 59059. * As usual I made call to 121 and reported all in parallel I made correspondences to 121/net/nodal/appellate/Ombudsman respectively with 6-7 reminders but failed due to those shameless.
