Dear Sir, I want to convert my post paid to prepaid of my m.no-9971947779 but none of your ARC done the same. FIRST of all i went to your ARC HIM SHIVALIK A-26 JAGATPURI DELHI-92 AS ON 10TH OCT2013. I met mr, Vicky Bhudhiraja & ms. Divya bhardwaj both of them refused me for said conversion. I told them that i will complaint against you but there is effect on them. Secondly i went to your outlet at shahdara AS ON 15 OCT 2013 but they told me that this is a store not a ARC. Hence it will be possible through ARC ONLY. Thirdly LAST WEEK i went to another ARC Knowns as RINGERS K-62 Krishna nagar delhi-110051. there i met ms SAVI (9871998701 ) she told me that conversion is not possible because we do not have prepaid sim card and she again refereed me to ARC of Him Shivalik and get your conversion over there. Then i call 121 & report all this story to executive but he was helpless. He told me that it will be done through ARC only. PLS. TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION SO THAT NO OTHER PERSON WILL BE HARASSED LIKE ME.
