i have recharge Airtel prepaid online with ID-BIL/413180892/0118/919766038202/91976- Rs300/- i got only Rs.264 talktime instead of Rs.310 & then when i contact 121 Customer care ..they told me it will be refunded in 48 hours but now it’s week gone still not get that amount. and now i m contacting Customer care from last week it is not going to connect Customer care officer…..when i dialed 121…..after pressiing 9..then 1…it is saying dial *121# …thank u & cut the line.So after that i have contacted personlly two customer care offices in Pune….they also giving answers such that we have only demo numbers …we cannot contact customer care…..u contact with others mobile number to 121…then i did that also but same thing continue….so kindly help.
