In morning when i wake up ,i saw a message in my Airtel mobile, there was a message in which it was written that your rupee 40 has been charged for choosing item songs for 30 days.and i never used internet for this. I use only for whats up that night, it was at 2.56 am. In night when i complained about that to customer care…after i kept phone…there was a message that rupee 30 has been reduced from your account for ‘aapki cricket suvidha suru ho gyi hai’ for 30 days. And i don’t know about that, when i complained about that to customer care…they are not ready to resolve my matter. Its serious concern because in future also they can do. I don’t know what to do. Whether i should change the number. I lost my 70 rupee Its not matter of money,its matter of faith.

Earlier airtel was known for service but they are degrading their reputation.
