My Airtel number is 991011640. More than 500 rupees was deducted from my account today only. I already had a net plan (3G plan) in my phone that i haven’t used because my my phone was under repair. Today in the afternoon i put my sim in my galaxy phone that that my balance was 537 approx. I was also having a net plan. I haven’t used my mobile internet. I just use only wifi. When I tried to call after 3 hour approx. That time balance was zero.
Airtel Customer care people said you have used the internet . But how’s that possible because, first of all I have a net plan which I haven’t used , and secondly I haven’t use the mobile internet. Please resolve the issue. With regards, Akhil
