I have made a recharge of Rs.200 which have been shown as having full talk time in the Airtel website. However, when I recharged, I got only 175 whereas I must have got 200. When I asked customer service about this, they replied that because the recharge was done from a third party site (PayTM), I can’t avail the full talk time. I do all my recharges through PayTM – top-up, 3G, SMS packs and other boosters and there have never been any anomalies. Even for the last 5-6 months, I have been recharging 200 and have been getting the full talk time. The Airtel Customer Service failed to address my situation and couldn’t give any concrete reasons.

Airtel Pre-Paid SIM Not Activated
My airtel no. 9665236755 is not yet activated which was brought on sept. 4 2013. I request you to activate it as soon as possible.
