I have recharge my airtel mobile 9760494985 by Rs. 92.00 online from my Axis bank account 36280 on 17.10.2014 at the time 04-11-58 hour. Recharge is failed but money is debited from my account. So I hope to get refund the amount as early as possible. Subrata Das. ph-9627277208

Airtel store charged 100 rs extra on name of FRC
I have visited airtel store for postpaid to prepaid convertion after clearing outstanding amount they have charged 100 rs extra on name of FRC but i asked on customer care they told me no FRC is required after going on postpaid to prepaid.Now its been 6 days they are not doing FRC on my number and every time i call them they are telling they are busy and will do it in a while.i m fade up of this and i swear i ll not use any airtel service after this event.
