I have a Mumbai prepaid mobile number 989228175X. I recharged it on 3rd August 2013 for Rs 225 in Bangalore I received an SMS that the recharge was successful . However the amount has not been credited to my account. The transaction I’d that I received in the SMS is 1523917894 . Please credit the amount to my balance at the very earliest as I am stuck in Bangalore with a phone which in cannot make calls from ! P.S. I have contacted the person who recharged it and he says I have to go to an airtel office. The airtel office said they could not do anything for a Mumbai number. Spoke to Sunil at the service center number 9892098920. He was not able to help at all and kept telling me to go to the guy who recharged.. Which I have already done. Thanks Nikhil
