AIRTEL PREPAID

THIS IS AGAIN THE THIRD TIME, AGAIN TODAY ON 26TH APRIL 2010 AT 8:36 PM, I GOT A MESSAGE OF MY HELLO TUNES GETTING ACTIVATED, AND MY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED. I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND I WAS ASSURED THAT HELLOTUNES SERVICES WILL BE DISCONNECTED AND MY MONEY WUD BE SENT IN 4 HOURS. AND I GOT A MESSAGE THAT MY HELLOTUNES IS DEACTIVATED . THEN AGAIN AT 9:12 PM I GOT A MESSAGE OF MY HELLO TUNES GETTING ACTIVATED.. PLEASE ADVISE ME WHY I M BEING PUT INTO SO MUCH TROUBLE. WHEN I CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE THEY SAY THAT I HAVE ACTIVATED THE HELLO TUNES. THEY MAKE US FEEL AS IF I M LYING TO THEM, I NEVER CALLED ANY NUMBER TO GET MY SERVICES ACTIVATED. THIS IS PURE HARRASMENT ON YR PART , AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ALL THIS WORK AND GO THROUGH THIS TROUBLE JUST BECAUSE THERE IS SOME BIG PROBLEM AT YOUR END. IS THIS YOUR WAY OF MAKING PROFITS. PLEASE ADVISE ME… RIZWAN
