Please go through the trail mails. I recharged my mobile using ngpay last night but the amount is not credited. I even called your customer care but they say no recharge is done on no- 9650231XXX.
Iam stuck between ngpay and airtel and my money has gone in way. I hope to get a resolution from your end.
