Dear Sir, I have recharged of 79 Rs on 01.12.2013. I got successfully recharged message, but still my incoming on roaming is not free. On 02.12.2013, I contacted to Sr. Person Jitendra Kumar Shakya, they told me that i will receive call on 03.12.2013 and this issue will be resolved. On 03.12.2013, i received call from Sr. person Ashish but they are saying that recharge of Rs 79 is not for free incoming on roaming. I told them that after checking www.airtel.in website, i recharged my number 9571314124. they are still saying that such recharge is not for free incoming on roaming. So, i m sending u the link and steps, which i used. https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do?&gclid=CO6T84bfk7sCFW964goduE8A1w after opening this link, i select the national and international roaming, then i see recharge of 79 Rs for Incoming free on National Roaming and outgoing at 1.5p/sec in Home circle and Roaming I can also send u the screenshot. If u need it, then give me your email-id. I am mailing u with expectation that u will solve this issue and will do the needful ASAP, otherwise i will have to take next step and i will apply in Consumer Court. waiting for your reply.
