I am now completly frustrated explaining the problem and with followups with channels offered to me to resolve the billing issue for 9890040949 and 9975754876 11 June dropped mail to switch to corporate 11 June Received plan changes mail and confirmation (|BAL|Qrc111061314061317267121) 20 June dropped mail to 121@in.airtel.com to confirm the 125 and 75 Internet plan activation 20 June Received confusing internet plan details |BAL|Qrc120061311060717508763| so 20 June (morning) made call to 198 to reconfirm internet plan details and got reconfirmation 20 June (morning) made call to 198 to reconfirm internet plan (system under upgrade) 19 July (morning) recived bill generated sms 19 July dropped sms CALLME 1 to 51619 20 July received HUUUUUGE internet bill as looked like no internet plan was activated inspite of request. 20 July Called 5-6 times (no sucess to connect to customer care(less) executive) 2 sucessful connects got reponse as will arrange callback 20 July dropped mail to to 121@in.airtel.com asking explanation 20 July dropped another1 mail to 121@in.airtel.com asking explanation 23 July dropped another 2 reminder mail to 121@in.airtel.com asking explanation 23 July received unsatisfactory message saying bill is right .. as no internet plan activated (even on my request why it was not actiavted) 24 July dropped another 3 reminder mail to 121@in.airtel.com asking explanation 23 July (morning) made call to 198 .. useless person on the other side have no idea of history above 24 July dropped another 4 reminder mail to 121@in.airtel.com asking explanation 24 July dropped another 5 reminder mail to 121@in.airtel.com asking explanation 24 July dropped sms for porting None of the executive got back in 24, 48 or even 96 hours .. I had to keep on reminding about my request My Requests were 1. Switch to Corporate plan (I 55 CUG 225) [Solved] 2. Provide Internet Plan under same corporate plan [Doesn’t looks like solved] 3. Remove Overcharged amount for internet less than 1 GB usage on my 2 numbers 9890040949 and 9975754876 and pay max 250 rs for both of them [Not solved] 4. Repay adjusted amount from advance yearly rent I paid during month of February as plan was changed [Not solved]
Need Refund of 1. Advance Rental I paid 2. Overcharge I paid 3. Revert On Overcharged bill for Next month also (not yet paid)
