The company is using tactics to force services on its user. I have been charged for a couple of value added services without me telling them to provide me witth the same. After stopping the services the company again charged me for the same services. Also the customer care service is useless and cumbersome. It only promotes new services to avail but does not provide an option for stopping the services.
