I got duplicate Airtel sim card for new handset as a micro sim on 24.02.2015 evening.The Executive explain me this new sim card will be active within 48 Hours.Write now 60 hours over.Still not get activate. And those are collect Rs.125/- for sim card with Rs.25 for sim card. Rs.100 as a balance.Still reflect the old balance amount & no any outgoing calls.When i call airtel customer care(198) from other airte mobile, customer care executive said u need to coordinate with airtel showroom only.When i call the crompet showroom those said our side all work has done. u speek with 121/198 customer care only.Right now nobody respond.Need a clarification.

I need to call from my mobile(mobile activation)And Rs.100/- has to be added in balance as per sim card charges.
