Airtel – sim has not been activate

my airtel sim was damaged ..i contacted airtel office for issuing a new sim for the same number…the sim was on my brothers name “mr. firoz ali” i submitted all the documents needed n filled the form …they charged me 25rs. n issued the new sim and said sim will activated within 4 hrs..now it’s been 4 days im daily visiting the airtel office but they are not activating my sim..their employees are mis behaving..

m a medical student …my sim is been off since 5 days now..it’s causing loss to my patients..my studies…my daily work..i live far from city my all work occurs through my phone ..it’s all being hunged up now..from my house the airtel office is nearly 17kms..im travelling daily 17kms and my work is not done the petrol and the phone calls bill has cost me more than i paid for the new sim..

want my sim to be activated as soon as possible…i want my compensation which costed me more than my new sim payment..i want the whole airtel staff to appologize..
