Airtel – Sold modem without bill service person cheated

Im Dinesh,using airtel broadband more than 6 years, my landline number : 044-43574180 .. connection in the name of Joseph (my dad)..my contact num : 9840360257 In the month of november I registered a complaint (complaint number : 41012694) regarding broadband not working.. airtel sent a service person who came 21st nov around 7 pm.. He said there is no wire problem so need to check your laptop. So I gave it to him.. he worked for an hour.. he came to the conclusion that, through direct cable connection it is working but not with wifi , so you have to change Wifi IC, or else buy new wifi modem.. Next day I sent a mail to airtel regarding, I bought modem 7 months back from the person who came for service when I had network complaint, he replaced old and configured AIRTEL Wifi modem..i asked Bill , but he said im from airtel so we register your purchase from our side. So if you get any complaint with in one year , contact customer care they will come and replace the modem.. On Nov 23rd evening the same person (who came on 21st)came and said they wont replace the modem.you have to buy new modem around Rs 1500 .My friend having one modem I ask him for around 1000 or 1500 ,if its available I let you know.. I asked him to check with some other modem, at that time he is having one new modem .. because I have to confirm whether my modem is problem or not , he replied ,sorry sir I have to configure with new modem its tough to do .. So I contact Zonal manager Mr.Nesa kumar 9840880074 ,, explained my problem asked him to replace the modem.. he talked with the service person also and he mentioned the same problem to him . finally he promised will resolve this on Monday because I need to talk with concern team.. On 23rd night I tried my own . im engg student so know some basics.. later I found packets are transmitting from wifi.. service person changed few settings he changed passwords from this link 192.168.1.1 also, so that only wifi not working.. I changed the password and configured again.. now wifi working fine.. I called service person and asked him why you changed all settings and make it wifi didn¿t work .. he said your system is full of virus .. but reality is nothing so.. From the above , I have learnt Airtel service person who gave modem before 7 months back , he didnt buy from Airtel, he gave some service modem and made profit for him. Again this person trying to do the same Im doubting . Because he concluded Wifi IC gone so replace from service center it costs around 1000 or buy new one.. As a customer I have to do either one.. I lost already 1500 for old modem( without proper bill) . now Airtel service person tried to cheat me again 1500 + Good Working Modem.. I dont know whether he has proper knowledge to resolve the problem or he tried to cheat.. But surely I gona lose money from his conclusion.. Im frustrated about Airtel Service totally .. You are responsible for all these

I lost Rs.1500 by purchased non billing modem from airtel.. Again their service person tried to cheat Rs.3000 (Replacement of good working modem + Selling price of new modem) Im totally disappointed and wasting my time.. Still they didnt accept their mistakes.. and more customers are cheated by this way.. So order big fine amount. then only they will be aware of this issue.. and prevent customers
