My Airtel mobile no is 9967337974. I have been recharged (prepaid) for Rs.120/- on 4.3.2013. subsequently to avail STD minutes Z( Rs.0.30 paise for minute) , I also recharged booster for Rs.36. But, I could not get the facility.

I contacted to customer care many times, but no response. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
