Please refer to my complaint filed on 16th July 2012 regarding unauthorised deduction from my account.
There is no response from Airtel, neither the amount was credited to my account nor I received any call from airtel. Once again Rs. 35/- were deducted on 19th July 2012 without any reason. Kindly consider the matter.

My name is Ruchi Singh, an Airtel prepaid customer, having cell no. 9897685856. During last 10 days there had been some unauthorised deductions from my account. On 8th July , 2012 Rs. 99/-, on 13th July Rs 35/- and on 15th July Rs. 40/- were deducted from my account. On calling up the highly insensible and casual call center of Airtel it was told that the deductions have been made for some games or application download, whereas no such download has been done by me.

I also dropped a mail to airtel on 123@airtel.com, airtelpresence@airtel.in, but there was no response.

Kindly instruct the company to look into the matter and credit my account for all these unauthorised deductions.
