i was charged Rs. 168 for data usage by Airtel. As per company regulation,10 Paisa/10 kb is charged. the balance they have deducted means i have used 16 mb of data. though actually i have used not more than much of data in the course of 9 hours after my data pack expired. i have not even got any message that your Data pack is going to expire 3 day before the pack expiration as per regulation. Airtel took the advantage of my situation and levied heavy charges on me. I appreciate if this matter of unfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

i want Airtel to refund the amount that they have deducted and pay me for the trauma they have caused by deducting hefty charge without informing and want them to not repeat the same action again.
