There is a complaint against Airtel (J&K). My Mob. No. is 9906013534 A/c Balance is detecuted Rs 10 then I will call customer care, there was a lady, asked her there was a service activated on your Mob. Airtel Live. After three or four days then deducted Rs 30 Again I will call Customer Care then asked Mitti Ke Rang Service Activate. I do’nt know Airtel Live and Mitti ke Rang. This service is automatically available on our Mobile. I asked her, how this services is activated on my ph. without my request. He replied, it may be, while you dial a ph. No., It’s your mistake. I asked, my mistake, how? I don’t know. Than I requested to her to forward a complaint about it. He said, you will pay the money, and complaint can’t be forward against it. ,I Requested to my money is refunded 10+30 as soon as possible. I have been this no. for last 4 years. But, this time, I am feeling bad.
