On 23rd May I put an app for download but as the app required around 20 0MB download, I received a prompt that it can be downloaded on wifi only..I had around 20MB data still valid in my account. But in an hour or two the app got downloaded using money from my main account. I never received the notification for the same before start of download which is supposed to be the process..Moreover th 20 MB data in account was left unused.Around 800 Rs were deducted from my Airtel account. If I had been aware of the download using main account balance I would have renewed the data 1GB for 250 Rs. I registered a complaint with Airtel reference number CBDMO30523216155 but no action has been taken till now and I haven’t received a call from the service provider. When I made a call again the executive refused to return the balance
