Airtel – Wrong Deduction of Balance

On 22-10-2013 I have activated a pack of GPRS of Rs 5 in the morning for which i get 25 MB data balance. Then in Afternoon i had activated pack of GPRS of Rs 13 in which i get data balance of 65 MB. Soon after i recharge i checked my gprs balance via *125# and it shows 65 MB after which i download one file. After activation of the same pack my balance is deducted by 234 Rs i called the customer care 198 by they give me below unbelievable staff regarding balance deduction and harassed me badly . 1.Call at 4 PM that time they say call after 4 hours then we will give you proper answer. 2 I call at around 9.30PM then CC Executive said that gprs pack is not activated at the time of download the file.I ask for transfer the call to Senior then he dropped the call. 3.Then again I call at that time that executive give me unbelievable answer that the data pack is for surfing and browsing and not for downloading data.when i ask him he keep rigid to his talk then again i insist him to transfer the call to senior,then he not transfered the call and cut down the phone. 4.Till then i trying to call but the number is not working,if you do not want to help customer why you show that you have customer care call centre. I just want the full refund my balance deduction of Rs 234 asap.
