With reference to the complaint number 86374.4.2014, has not been resolved, and the status is changed as “Resolved”. I had two issues of which one may have been resolved which I will come to know with this month’s bill, but the other complaint of requirement of all my bills with my correct name (not name change but as wrt the proofs/documents submited) has not been done. This is the second time Airtel is doing this where the complaint is not resolved, and the complaint is being closed.
