Here i’d purchased one discounted tariff card Rs54 one month ago and its validity was 45 days, but after 30 days the service has been stopped and while complaining to the service center they are saying the service plan is modified and it is valid for 30 days. Without informing the customer how they can change the plan?
I’m unable to make call for 3 days because of this problem, after activating the service call charges are not as per the plan!
They should start the service ASAP and give me an extension of minimum one month of this tariff.
