Airtel,transaction of 11/3/13 not yet refunded

i have recharged a chennai prepaid mobile no on 11/3/13 via net, which has got failed, When i talked to the customer care executive she told tht it wld b reversed to my bank a/c, but whn i got my credit card statement it was not reversed. They gave to me in writing abt the reversal but whn the bank ppl contacted them , airtel told tht the transaction was successful.N since then i have been sending them mails to which they are not reverting

I m loosing my sleep over it, n stressed because of these ppl inefficiency and they are being non co-operative

a penalty of 3.5% per day on Rs.1000 from 11/3/13 to the date till it is credited in my bank a/c
