We booked our flat under Ajnara Homes -121 which was supposed to get on Jan 2012 as documented, but till now we have not received any possession details. Full payment is already done

we have been paying rent as the flat is delayed. mental distress as of not getting our property

Actual date of possession should be provide in written , we need compensation suitable as we have been paying rent and for our mental distress.
