Complaint Ref. No. : CHE/13/9/0002 Complaint registered on 28th September 2013 Registered mobile no. 9443731472 Customer Care no. 18601802524 Bought Akai LCD TV L30B40 on from Big Bazaar. We were using the TV till 27th sep 2013. From 27th sep 2013 evening around 4.30 pm the TV was not working. Lodged a complaint on 28th Sep 2013. Their service engineer came and went with the assurance of replacement of circuit board. After a month they replaced the circuit board with the new one. But the TV is not working. They promised us to replace the with new one and they took the new circuit board which they brought with them. For the past one month we gave nearly 40 calls. Meantime they asked to contact their office in Guindy, Chennai, when we went there, the security guard told us that they closed the office a month ago and they don’t have the new address.
We request you to direct the company to replace the defective TV with a new one.
